At Hug Sleep, we want you to experience the ultimate sense of security and relaxation. If you are not completely satisfied with your Sleep Pod, you can return your item within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Place your Sleep Pod in its original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
